I'm not satisfied and I would like a refund!

We take pride in our customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service, simply contact support@redstormhosting.com requesting cancellation, and we will promptly terminate your account (upon proper identity verification).

If you cancel your hosting package within 30 days of signing up, we will provide you with a full refund. If it has been longer than 30 days, you are only eligible for a prorated amount.
